RESPONSE TO HAITI EARTHQUAKE

Because you give to the Mission and Service Fund, The United Church is responding in the following ways: An immediate gift of $20,000 has been made to ACT (Action by Churches Together) in the relief efforts. In addition, we have launched a special appeal. You may support this extra measures project by designating and amount via your offering envelope which our treasurer will forward or by sending a direct gift to:

Look for further details about the Haitian earthquake and the United Church response on the United Church web site. Our regular giving makes immediate aid available through our Mission Partnerships. How cool is that?! Your participation in UCW fundraising has also ensured a recent donation to Doctors Without Borders (MSF).
